As Thomas rushed out of sight Naberius was left standing in the convent's lush garden. Slowly, a wry smile crawled on his forefront as the priest left followed by an amused, ‘Hmm” to what he was seeing. The chilling air had whirled the clouds up over in the dismal cobalt sky, the sun had fully retreated into the horizon and from the scent of moisture in the air a storm seemed to be nearing. Feeling the acute chill of the wind beat against his suit and tie Naberius contently raises his head grinning pleased to the sensation of the fresh but brisk air against him. The eerie serenity of the growing dusk had then cut short as enclosing crows above make their way down and perch on the antique wooden fence beside the ever so patient demon. Almost at once a gathering of crows flock from their dwelling towards Naberius and take their place accompanying him. The garden had been filled with low ragged caws and affectionate gurgles as the birds gather beside the devil, some huddling close to another against the cold wind while others raised their heads looking out to the direction as Naberius curious as to why the demon kept his gaze. As the night amplifies Naberius, still looking to the direction of the not long ago vanished priest gradually yields to a warm-hearted smile, a tender, hoarse voice gently instructs, "Keep a watchful eye on our friend, we would not want anything bad to happen to him." Hearing his words the birds began looking around and to another before all turning heads to the direction that their founder still faced and with little time to transpire the message they jump off and take flight to pursue the priest, a collection of caws sound out to one another as they ready their search party. Beating their wings against the defiant wind with forceful might they disappear out of sight and a calm devil, fishing for a cigarette in his pockets casually follows by foot.

His 'client' has took off on him and Nab, already amused to the situation readies readies himself to give chase.

I love the effects on this one. Especially the blur on the foremost crows. I didn't realize till now that you don't draw profile that often.

My school is flooded with crows. :XD:

Yeah, I used to way back when but now I sorta lost it. So I'm getting back in on the profile fun.

I love crows.

Flooded with crows? Naberius is watching.
You KNOW I love this! :faint: Ah! I love the narration that goes with these! You kick so much ass!

This is fucking epic. I love the subtle blurs and the the whole crowd of crows surrounding Naberius and his kind, but evil expression. Just awesome. I can't think of anything else other than moar narration of your story too. :3

A bizarre emphasis on coffee and soul-crushing tragedy.
Epic, I'm happy to hear it. I was having such a hard time on the blur, and finding the right one to fit it all, hope it worked out. Nothing like a "caring" Naberius wanting to look out for Thomas using his "MURDER" of crows.
:iconlionplz:
Moar Narration eh? I guess.
"A flock of crows is called a murder, Marge...a MUUURRDDERRR."

Well, you know I love your writing. Hence the reason why I love to rp with you...yeah, I said it, hit me if you must. So yeah, moar story plz. o wo

I've gotten into a groove where profile is the only thing I feel comfortable doing now, because it's the most realistic. Once I get a good grip on that I'll try 3/4 view, using the same methods to figure out how to do it more realistically the same way I figured out profile. But right now, all my 3/4 look more or less the same. :S

Crows are the win. Apparently Crow is my Animal Spirit Guide. I read the description of her and it was frightening (not in a scary way lol) how close it was.

I knew it! *shifty eyes* Must find Naberius... must glomp...
